Make 50-75 Customer ''Thank You'' / Sells Calls

I am looking for someone to make between 50 to 75 calls to a list of our best customers and...
#1- Thank them for being a customer, let them know that we appreciate them, are there fo them, etc.
#2- Make sure that they have received the product that they've ordered and if not email them access to it (this applies to our digital items only)
About 2-4 weeks into this you will also have to start upselling our customers on our other products, so it will be a "Thank You" call that also serves as a "Sales" call, so you MUST be very comfortable with selling.
VERY IMPORTANT - You will be required to make ALL of the calls once a week, on a Friday... You will start with a list that we give you each week... Make the alls and then go back and recall all of those that you may not have been able to get in contact with the first time around.
This is a very easy project and we are looking for someone long term, so please bid within reason (Considering the state of the economy)

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
