Translate strings from EN (or DE) to ES and FR

Please see attached text file. It contains strings in Englisch for a mobile Software. I need good translation of this file into Spanish and French.
Example:
Translate from Englisch
<string name="message_error_key_missing">Configuration is incomplete.</string>
to Spanish
<string name="message_error_key_missing">La configuración es incompleto.</string>
and French
<string name="message_error_key_missing">La configuration est incomplète.</string>
So in the end I have 3 files: EN as attached and the new 2 files - one for FR and one for ES. Those 3 files must be identical exept wording.
I know automatic Google translation service. What I need is translation from professional human translator.
I have also attached German version of the file for reference.
