Food and Beverage Training Documentation

Stadium Australia Operations (SAO) Pty Ltd proudly manages ANZ Stadium, Australia’s premier sports and entertainment venue with an annual patronage in excess of 1.3 million people. ANZ Stadium hosts major events including the NRL Grand Final, State of Origin, Bledisloe Cup, concerts and music festivals and many other national and international sporting and entertainment events.
The requirement for this project is to develop and document all training across the catering department. This includes Kitchen, Retail Catering (Concession Outlets), Procurement and Inventory and Catering Services (Corporate Catering).
Modules and lessons have been identified however these need to be formalised and documented in accordance with existing training framework and structure.
There will be a requirement to meet with department heads to seek out relative information which will need to be transcribed into relative lessons.
