3D realistic animal models (rigged)

I am looking for a professional 3D modeller who can work with the utmost realism on organic objects such as animals.
I am looking for multiple animals to be created but want to see how well my chosen modeller does with this first project.
I would like a realistic "tree frog" modelled and skinned.
I require that the tree frog has a moveable skeleton (rigging) so I can manipulate the animal into different positions.

The 3DsMax file must be delivered to me upon completion of the project and the chosen modeller must agree that I will own full rights to the model. The model must not be resold or re-licensed in anyway. A contract will need to be signed before work takes place. Please ensure you are happy to abide by these terms before bidding.

Many of you upload your full portfolio of 3D work, I am interested only in modellers who have organic objects on their portfolio such as animals, plants etc. Please direct me to these samples.
