Create Headlight Illustration or Photo/JPG based on Porsche Cayman Headlight

I need a designer to lay out a headlight graphic that can be printed and applied to 3D object (a car). I have an OBJ file of a car's fender, and I need a designer to create an illustration or photo/jpg of a Porsche 718 headlight that can be printed and stuck onto the car's fender as a decal from my print shop.
Here is a photo of the headlight you would either find an image of or create an illustration of that looks realistic. [login to view URL]
For example, it would serve the same purpose as a decal like this, which is a headlight decal: [login to view URL]
So in summary you are just creating the graphic of the headlight, but laying it out so the perspective looks correct on the 3D object, so that when I apply the decal to a car, it looks as close as possible to the real headlight of the Porsche 718.
