Create a 3D model in CAD or Solidworks of the item I have illustrated.
It comprises two parts: a plastic tube that fits into a drilled hole on a desk to allow a computer cable to easily move through and a ball to clip onto the wire so that it does not completely fall through the hole.
I have attached photos showing how the hole looks on the desk and a PDF with my drawings and measurements that need to be done in 3D
