Do some 3D Modelling

I'm looking for someone to take 3D Mesh CAD files we have of the 2016 Camaro and 3D model a hood based off of a 2D picture.
I attached images of the hood we would like rendered in 3D (only difference is we would like the profile of the hood to be shorter). I also attached a picture of a stock hood (grey car) so you can see what shape you will be starting with (again we have a 3D mesh to provide).
The finished file needs to be something we can take to a CNC carver and have it carved out of foam so we can fiberglass it and graft it to a metal hood (so we only need the top skin of the hood modeled, not the bottom as well).
If you do not have a basic understanding of car design and/or are not good at modeling fine details please do not bid on this job. We hired someone previously (off this site) who is not working out, hence this post.
If you are good at this simple job, we have a much larger design job waiting for you if you want it. Thanks for looking!
