Position: Telemarketing and Data Entry Specialist
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Telemarketing and Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for conducting telemarketing activities to target potential customers, verifying key data, and accurately entering the gathered information into our spreadsheets.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct telemarketing calls to potential customers based on provided target data.
-Verify and validate key data obtained during telemarketing calls.
-Enter all relevant and accurate information into our designated spreadsheets.
-Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during phone interactions.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistent communication.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in telemarketing or a related customer-facing role.
-Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
-Proficient in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).
-Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
-A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
