i need system admin who done very high traffic on amazon using ELB and Scalr.

1. determine req/sec per instance

2. auto launch X instances to support Y req/sec

3. give me automated scripts so i can press a button and deploy scripts, ami, scalr, etc onto Ec2 from scratch.

pls post in PMB how many MAX instances you done, and what is req/sec you achieved per instance, and total for all instances.
