Update A Desktop Application For Windows 10

I need you to update and customize a desktop software for me.
Currently the software is used in cybercafes for administrative purposes. it can allocate time to other computers on a local network, shut down other systems and restart them on a local network. it can also allocate passwords to other systems. However, it doesn't work with Windows 10 but works fine with older versions of windows. I will send you an email with the source codes, all that is required is to upgrade it and do a few customizations with look and feel.
