I am looking for somebody who can develop a progressive web app that functions like Uber for the African market.

The objective of the app is to link the job seeker with the job provider by sending and receiving communication automatically like Uber.

I do not have funding for the app just yet, and need a beta version to do so.

This app need to interface with USSD and payment methods such as paypal, paygate, companion card, etc.

Please demonstrate your competence with previous apps developed that functions like Uber.
