I need to compile and distribute some standalone GUI API's that shouldn't need any QGIS version installed to be working on clients' computers with Windows OS.

As far as I know it's possible with OSGEO shell and some python compilers like py2exe or pyinstaller.

What I need is a clear, step-by-step instruction ni PDF along with some working API example in python along with [login to view URL] and other files needed.

I'm using QGIS 2.14.16-dev OSGeo version and regular Python 2.7x64bit
