Job Description:
We are a game publisher with a primary focus on Steam distribution, seeking a talented and experienced bilingual Social Media & Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have native-level proficiency in English, with strong skills in Mandarin Chinese or Japanese considered a huge plus.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain our social media presence on Twitter, ensuring constant engagement with our community.
2. Manage and grow our Discord community by providing constant interaction, support, and content relevant to our games.
3. Develop and implement social media strategies to expand our game's online presence, engage audiences, and drive user growth.
4. Organize online events and promotions to build community engagement.
5. Track, analyze, and report social media performance.
6. Passionate about games and eager to communicate with users on the latest updates and features of our games.
Qualifications:
1. Native-level proficiency in English. Mandarin Chinese or Japanese language skills are preferred.
2. Extensive experience with Twitter and Discord, with a deep understanding of their functionalities.
3. Proven track record of growing and managing online communities.
4. Strong understanding of gaming culture.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to analyze social media performance and translate insights into improvements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Growth of followers on Twitter and members on Discord.
2. Increase in user engagement on both platforms.
3. Positive sentiment within the community.
4. Successful coordination and execution of online events and promotions.
