I need a simple e-commerce solution for a beauty shop. It should be simple and elegant. Usability is a must. You should also take measures to optimize for Search Engines.
You should use an existing framework. I heard Magento should be the best, but if you're comfortable with any other, you can also bid (but please state which one you will use).
Features I need configured, besides all the basic ones:
- List products by Gender (Products for Men and Products for Woman)
- List Products by Brand
- List products by type (perfume, make up, etc.. )
- List produst by price (< $10; $10-$25; >$25 for instance)
- Easy Localization (the end store will not be in English, so you should use a framework that already supports localization)
- Ability to display promotional prices (old price strikthrough and the new price)
- Upsell
- Cross Sell
- Payment integration with Paypal to accept Credit Cards
- Ability to accept offline payments (this means the admin can accept a transaction even without an online payment completed)
- Tracking affiliates
- Newsletter
Summary: The work consists on configuring the selected framework and any required plugins on our server (probably a godaddy shared server hosting) to be able to have all the needed features and designing an adequate simple and elegant template for the site. you can inspire on [login to view URL] for the desired layout.
