Expert e-commerce developer to connect Shopify Zipify OCU checkout app + PayPal Guest Checkout API

Looking for an EXPERT, EXPERIENCED developer to work on an integration between PayPal Guest Checkout API and the Shopify checkout app Zipify OCU. The goal is to skip the OCU checkout page, and replace it with Paypal Guest Checkout instead.
Desired timeframe to complete is ASAP.

REQUIREMENT:
Code must be tested to show 100% of orders are processed successfully, no glitches as the code will be used on a live store. According to below doc, Shopify limits OCU's API calls, so it's OK if some checkouts may have to be redirected to normal Shopify checkout (without the custom flow)
Code must be clean, and at professional standards.

Original OCU checkout flow:
1. User adds product to cart
2. User clicks "Checkout" in cart, and is redirected to OCU app's checkout
3. User can choose PayPal checkout (non-Guest Checkout), or credit card through OCU
4. User fills in info in PayPal or OCU, and is redirected to the final "Complete Purchase" screen in OCU
5. User clicks "Complete Purchase" and is redirected to further upsell pages in OCU

3. User fills in info in PAYPAL GUEST CHECKOUT ONLY, and is redirected to the final "Complete Purchase" screen in OCU
4. User clicks "Complete Purchase" and is redirected to further upsell pages within Zipify OCU
