Condition:
Niche topic must be topic that will be able to remain of interest for a long time (eg: health, finance, relationship, etc...)
The niche topic can be choose of your free will.
Monetization method:

Requirements:
The site need to have original content and SEO optimized.
Content must not be spun text and must pass copyscape.
Piture should be copyright free.
Note:
Only legal, legitimate technique is allowed for building the site.
eg: no spamming, no bots, no autoblogs, no search engine panalty
I only want ORGANIC Traffic, no PPC, no adwords, or other traffic sources.
I will pay a small deposit before project begin and full payment will be made only after proof of consistent income.
If project is succesful, I will provide more project to you.
