We have a site built that is coded in Ruby on Rails and is built on HALM instead of HTML and SASS instead of CSS. We need a designer who is able to code in these languages to re-skin our entire site. All Ruby code should remain intact and all functionality should remain the same. We need a neat, professionally designed, and well CSS styled template created ontop.
