I need somebody to look for, and buy, a graphics card for my computer for me.

Must be in good working condition.

Cosmetic condition is not as important as working condition.

I use a HP Compaq dc5100 Small Form Factor PC.

I can pay you a maximum of $28 US.

I want the latest, most powerful graphics card you can find for my computer within my budget.

However this project will not start until August the First of 2013 as that is when I get my check and I do not currently have any money.
