Upload files to Google Drive using Google API in python (flask)

I have already built a web application. I would share my code with you maybe using screen sharing. Below are the details of the application:
1. A web application to upload a file in Google Drive and update another file.
2. G-Suite service account and oauth keys are created but the file is not uploaded to the Drive.
3. It shouldn't take more than 4 hours and you will be pair-programming with me to troubleshoot and fix the issue
