Simple Python OpenCV task

Hi there! I have a project that detects filled circles and passes them as an array. I have a piece of code, that detects circles. However, I want you just to write code for finding filled circles and return them as an array (I will send the array structure in pm). Usage of .py file:
python [login to view URL] --image [login to view URL]
P.S: The code should not be written just for this image! I will test other images too.
