Simple Medical Image Analysis with MIScnn

We have a project for my son.
He will be taking a single still echocardiogram image (ultrasound) of the heart. will be storing as a PNG file. We would like automated measurement of wall thickness (of left ventricle). The image layout will always be exactly the same.
There is already software called MIScnn (in Python) that is open source and available for downoad and can use PNG image files. We are not coders. We need help to set this up - of note, we have unlimited access to images I.e. if we need to create a data set for training.
Cost and timeliness are obviously important considerations for us.
I will upload original publication of MIScnn.

Image IO Interface
Data I/O Interface for JPEG, PNG and other common 2D image files.
Images are read by calling the imread function from the Pillow module.
Expected file structure:
data/

Args:
classes (int): Number of classes of the segmentation
img_type (string): Type of imaging. Options: "grayscale", "rgb"
img_format (string): Imaging format: Popular formats: "png", "tif", "jpg"
