Python ratio calculation script

I need a python script which would calculate missing numbers based on one model ratio list.
There are 7 numbers in a list. The first list is a model list and has all the values. The second list is a missing list which is missing some values and we need to fill those in based on the ratio from the model list.
The first value in the missing list will always be 0.
model = [0, 11, 40, 99, 123, 137, 127]
missing = [None, -2.0, 25.0, None, 85.0, 93.0, 103.0]
The first value should always be set to 0. So in this case we only need to calculate the forth value.
To calculate it we take the model and calculate which percentage is the number 99 between 40 and 123.
The result in this case would be:
result = [0, -2.0, 25.0, 68.0, 85.0, 93.0, 103.0]
The missing list can eventually have only 1 value (except the first item because we will set it to 0 anyways.) and we need to calculate the rest of them
missing1 = [None, None, None, None, 85.0, None, None]
missing2 = [None, 5, None, None, 72.0, None, None]
missing3 = [None, 5, None, None, 72.0, None, 255.0]
missing4 = [None, -10, None, None, 100.0, 720.0, 521.0]
