FFMPEG stream loop video to an RTMP server

I'm looking for someone to create me a python script that is able to stream to a custom RTMP server a loop video
There is currently one library for doing that but it does stream only to pre approved services and also, it uses as codec the CPU, I want to use as codec the Nvidia Nvenc, like this:
