BUILD A GUI APPLICATION FOR CORRECTING AND SELECTING BLOWERS

I started this project with Python TK and I created the preliminary GUI ( attached .py file) and how I wanted to look like. Your project is to finish this GUI by performing the calculations performed in the excel file (attached files) and select the appropriate blower from a folder with different blower data(an example is attached on Xls format) update. The program will need to be able to read the folder every time there is an updated blower data and be used from the program.
After the program selects the correct blower it will need to provide the following Diagrams in a separate window( check description of the software and Example Xls 7210.
I have attached an example excel file that has the catalog data that creates the curves at actual operating conditions at different speeds.
We would like to have this information of the catalog data at one location or we can load them in the program. After the program performs the calculations and selects the appropriate size blower the program needs to provide the curves at operating conditions as the example in excel.
I am open to any recommendations to make this easier. Please let me know if you have any other questions or if something is not clear to you
