SVN/Trac installation on dev server

We need to install SVN (source control system) along with a front-end Trac ([url removed, login to view]) system. We have tried to install it ourselves and it doesn't work. Also, need help with in the initial set up of our source within SVN to get us up and running. We are running a full LAMP environment using CentOS.
