I am an individual that needs to hire someone to write a program to automate stock research. I need a program to download a large data set from a website and put the data into an SQL database. Then I need another program that will calculate predefined ratios and rank the stocks accordingly. I would like the program to be able to do historical back testing, but that part can be done in a follow-on project or as part of this project depending on the cost. I am not sure of the total cost to complete the project, so will leave the budget range blank, but I am willing to pay a fair pre-negotiated price upon completion.
