Create Office 365 Calendar Event from Slackbot Instruction

We would like a simple way to schedule meetings in our office meeting rooms by instructing the Slackbot in Slack. We have dedicated Office 365 calendars for our three meeting rooms, so would like a way for Slackbot to create an event in these calendars if instructed by a user. If the time slot is unavailable, Slackbot will inform the user (and possibly suggest an alternative meeting room if available). The user could also use Slackbot to amend or cancel existing events. Lastly, the event would be created/amended in the meeting room calendar AND the user's default calendar.
