PLC SIEMENS S7 1215 program for control tension of the tape by winder/unwinder rolls

Take a look to my attached file: there is 3 rolls:
1 - unwinder rolls braked by a pneumatic air brake regulated by 4-20mA output plc in function or tape tension, tape tension is measured by a 4-20A output sensor that send signal to plc analogic imput
2 - pulling rolls: drived by inverter schneider ATV320 and 3 phase motor 1,1kW, speed and torque decided by plc S7 1215
3 - winder/coiler: drived by inverter schneider ATV320 and 3 phase motor 1,1kW, speed and torque decided by plc S7 1215
It's a classic situation of pulling tape with the couple unwinder+pulling rolls+winder, the tape is made with sponge coupled with abrasive paper.
The control is by PLC S7 1215 and HMI panel KTP700
I don't need a complete programming of cutter machine but i always need the part that control the tension of tape. I can prepare for you FC block for comunication in profinet with ATV320 driver (i have solid experience in comunication profinet between siemens plc and Schneider ATV320 driver). You always only create PLC program and HMI program for adjust the tape tension, so speed and torque value for 2 inverters, pressure value for brake unwinder.
I'm searching really expert people.
it is necessary also program Siemens KTP700 MHI panel.

only the winder and unwinder control, trasversal cut move control, the motor code M1, M2, M3. I post photo, video of similar machine on work, drawings and wiring diagrams of new machine. i have a big experience in comunication between S7 1200 and inverter schnedier atv340 via profinet i can help you on this
