Zoho Projects, ChatGPT, and Email Integration

I’m looking to set up an automated weekly email system that will keep our clients updated on their project activities for the past week. This initiative aims to significantly enhance our customer service by making clients feel their investments are well-managed and valuable. Emails will be generated every Friday afternoon and will include a comprehensive summary of all completed tasks, comments, and any documents sent or received for each Soho project the client is associated with.
These emails need to be prepared by 10 AM and dispatched by 2 PM, originating from the project owner’s email account. If a project has had no activity over the past seven days, the email should clearly indicate that no updates are available. The ultimate goal here is seamless communication that keeps clients informed and happy, while efficiently managing our internal resources. Failure to do so could lead to clients feeling neglected and undervalued.
