Yii framework base online ordering script editing

1st: I want to change name of the site. Now site name is store and want to see home. In the url, should be appear 'home' place of store ([url removed, login to view]'store'/page/about-us).

2nd:

(A). All form fields should be required input validation integration,( now, if anybody enter a character they can pass the form) like when anybody fill up order form, there must be a valid name, valid email, valid telephone number ( like in Belgium they have to choose minimum 9 digit maximum 10 digit otherwise telephone number are not valid).

(B). I want sign in ,signup or log in option should be remove and in the form, password field should be remove. Because, people fear to sign in or signup or password field. Without this they have to fill their valuable contact information. And we can identify them by their name, phone, email and address in our admin panel (from our data base).

(C). Carryout page should be Date field with time field, In the date and time fields any client shouldn't be allowed to choose less then 30 minutes at the time they place order in opening hours and when reaching closing time there shouldn't be order for today . And out side opening hours there should be an option, order for later (like tomorrow at ...). Both Delivery and Carryout pages. Now in the cart anybody can place order even past time.

3rd:

(A). Translation: where, I want to add french, dutch and spanish translation for all of my site content. Now as default in the script admin panel, just I can translate sits source content, there is no option for translate custom content like menu items, about page contents etc . And I want to add, edit and delete translation from my admin panel.

(B).And language choosing (selection) bar should be place on header and it should be clearly visible for my site visitor. Now it is on the right on hiding with arrow.
