Wordpress - On Going/As Needed Tech Support

I have many websites that are Wordpress based. Most of the work I can do myself. However, occasionally I need assistance with a problem I can not fix.
Looking for a web developer who is well versed with all components of Wordpress (PHP, CSS, JS, HTML, MySQL, AJAX, JQuery, etc.) to help me analyze and fix problems with websites.
I only speak English, and communication is essential. Looking to work with someone who is detail oriented, hard working, extremely competent, and honest.
Right now the work is on an as needed basis.
The current job I need help with is related to a Wordpress registration form.

In the upper right hand corner you will find two links, Register and Login.
The login link works fine, but you will see that the register link leads to a blank page, and does not populate the registration form.
I have been unable to determine what the problem is. I need this issue fixed as soon as possible.
After this job is fixed, I have other jobs to discuss as well.
