WordPress 1 file plugin modification

I have a good working mobile webpage/app.
In this app I use a Quiz plugin from QSM.
The result page is very basic and not as I want. Somebody else did some modification to that plugin (some CSS modification). Now that programmer I can not find anymore.
So now I only want some small (CSS modification in my result page. Image of a correct and a wrong answare.
