We need a new website to represent what we do more fairly. We transition, last year, from a network/job board to a structured professional organisation, as we are today.
The aim of our website, on top of representing our public image is to increase traffic, generate more leads (capture emails), provide a platform for our members.
A website brief will be given to candidates after NDA signed.
The new website will have 150-200 Pages, all done professionally and flow. It will be integrated with eventbrite, mailchimp, paypal.
All pages need to be done professionally and flows correctly.

Home Page should answer: How we can help our audience? Long home page: Provide a 10,000 foot view without having to click.
Fewer options on primary navigation.
Animated backgrounds
Subtle and clear infographics.
Good photos and graphics are a must.
The new website should integrate picture/videos from our previous event.
It should allow sponsors logos on some pages.
SEO optimized: Easily found on the net. Good SEO architecture first
Opt-in: offer free value/engaging content to download.
We need to keep Full Control of the website. We must be able to uploaded Event / Work-shop / New Membership Payment / News...
Constant Communication with: visitor, subscriber, member. (Can be integrate with Mail-Chimp but also ease with live chat or similar feature)
Ability to Make Money. Subscribe to Membership, Register to Workshop, Course Event… The checkout process should be super easy: 3 clicks, no effort from user point of view. Cf Funnel Graph given in website brief.
Establish our brand credibility (social proof, logos of well-established institution) / Position us as the leader.
Everything must serve our business purpose (connect with our audience, capture email, convert them into member, interactive member area).
