updating text in admin issue

Hello,

I am having an issue I need corrected. My admin panel for some reason isnt allowing me to update my text and I need to be able to do this...this site was copied from another so it may have to do with code or ? Simple fix for those "in the know"...please bid only if you can start right away as this shouldnt be that long of a task.....abd I want it done asap...thank you...
