Have a WordPress website where some on-site seo was done. Now re-designed the website and need to update it(new website is build from scratch). Need to make a transfer without breaking a current seo.

1 Need to know what is the procedure of making a transfer ( helpful to have links)‏

2 Double check if after the transfer all procedures are completed correctly.‏

3 Provide a list of fixes and tools, if there any needed‏
