Small Help need for Ebay API Integration

Products are uploaded in Sandbox section

I want fetch this products using sandbox keys, but unfortunately sandbox don't give any access keys(dev_id, app_id, cert_id).

The developer account have this access keys(dev_id, app_id, cert_id), but on this platform(developer section) their are no option to add product.

I am unable to find the relation between this two sections
