Skilled Magento 2 Developer

We are looking for a serious Magento 2 expert to join on team on our NEW magento 2 store we have many customization needs and on going development tasks on a weekly basis and our current developer is not familiar enough with Magento 2 and has very little experience to help our store with our customization needs.
We would be looking for a new developer who was VERY confident in magento 2 and able to work with us right now as currently we have to wait many hours before work is complete, As our store is very busy we need a developer close by, anyone interested must be able to speak good english and be very confident as developer in Magento 2, please do not apply if you are not 100% confident with customization in Magento 2 like modify extensions, creating new modules, custom php coding for pages, and database tasks.

I am a basic developer so I have a very good understanding of what needs to be completed, just our store is very busy and we need developer to take all the work full time. We have had many developers this past 1 month who have not enough skills for custom work in Magento 2.
