We need to develop a Sim Server/ Sim center, which have capability of
1) communication with Multiple SIM banks, and VoIP gateways.
2) Sim server/Sim management center should be able to cache sim data so that if sim bank gets disconnected with Sim server, it can still communicate with VoIP Gateways for Up to 30-60 minutes or other defined criteria.
3) Sim server/Sim management center should be able to rotate sims between different gateways on defined criteria.
4) Sim server/Sim management center should be able to lock or change sim card out of available sim cards on defined criteria.
5) Sim server/Sim management center should be able to keep all records of Outgoing and incoming Calls ,Outgoing Sms and Incoming Sms
6) Sim server/Sim management centere should be able to instruct VoIP gateways to make inter-calls and inter SMS on set and predefined criteria with keeping inter sims call and inter sms calls
7) IN SHORT, Sim server/Sim management center should be able to do have all statistical features of current H.B.S (Human behavior simulation) capability VoIP gateways available in Market along with descent SIM SERVERS available in market , with no restriction of Support for only particular brand of GATEWAY .
