Retrieve Data from phpmyadmin Database and Display it on Mobile App

Four variable in the database table
- id int(11) (Primary Key)(AUTO_INCREMENT)
- Time varchar(32)
- Enter int(4)
- Capture int(4)
Using an APP to display the data.
- Current Situation: The database will be automatically updated (adding new data) by itself.
- Xampp has been used as a web server.
- A PHP code has been regularly getting the latest data from the cloud and add it to my local database through API.
- What need to be done:
- Retrieve all data from Xampp database to mobile app. The number of data keeps increasing in the database, so the mobile app needs to display the most updated database table.
- Data can be accessed through a DDNS address.
- Sequence of Displaying: From the latest to the oldest.
- Flutter is preferred, but open to other options.
- UI: For each block of data, it needs to be consisted of data, including id, Time, Enter and Capture. Please discuss with me for more detail of the UI part.
