Redesign a Website (SEO Design)

I do WordPress websites for clients and I'm looking to outsource some of my work.
For this project, I would like a freelancer to recreate the below website so the website itself is optimized for search engines (only internal SEO within the site, not external for now).

What you will be provided at the start of the project:
-A login to an empty WordPress space with the Theme "Total" preloaded on it ([login to view URL]).
-Yoast SEO Plugin preloaded
-Images and Marketing Materials for the company.
Any additional recommendations for internal website SEO would be appreciated (number of pages and types of text content). I'm looking for the best quality of work for the lowest price. I have more projects to follow if this works out well.
If you do external SEO work as well and want to provide me with a quote for 10-15 keywords for increased site traffic, please provide that quote separately.
