Hey there! I need somebody that for about $10-15 can write a PHP script that will:

a) Use Stripe to charge the consumer's card

b) Provision an EC2 Spot Instance with an AMI and IP

c) Display the IP of the instance once provisioned

d) Kill the spot instance after 3 hours

I can't go over $20 here.

I can go up to $30-35
