Partial iOS development

Our project consists of building a certain part of our social media application. Specifically, this would include a couple of screens (we are unable to give exact details before the job Is accepted but think of traditional social media applications- our app will also have a profile screen and a newsfeed screen).

For this project, we need a Swift developer and ideally somebody with Parse experience. One of the core pieces of functionality that we need implemented is a check-in feature where a user is able to check in to different places like a restaurant, cinema, coffee shop or a gym etc.

As part of the check-in, we also want our application to be able to identify what kind of place the user is checking into (For example when the user checks into Pizza Hut, looking at the information for Pizza Hut we know that this is a restaurant). Now on the basis of this information, we want to include a sticker as part of the check in. So for example checking into the gym might give the user a dumb-bell sticker while checking into restaurant might give a pizza sticker. See the attached screenshot (this is from the Swarm app).

In order to be able to implement this, you will have to use the Google Places API, which is actually very intuitive and easy to work with.

Additional details will be required once we've agreed on the job.
