I need a website (Gambling Page) with currently 2 games

*Roulette.
+ Ref System (for every inv. player, the invator gets 1% of the invited players lose - but only in Coinflip)
+ Chat System (inkl. the number off online users (+5 fake online users if there are less than 20)
*Coinflip* - every user can create a coinflip (inkl. Every user can set their value of the coin flip)
As an example, the user Dave creates a coinflip worth 0.5 ETH - every user can join this coinflip he also pays 0.5 ETH, so the coinflip is worth 1 ETH.
user Sarah Joined the coin flip, the winner (random process) gets 94% of the total coin flip (0.94 ETH)
The site retains 0.05 (5%) of the Coinflip value. + 1% Ref Value (0.01 ETH)
The winner gets this money into his account and can withdraw it at any time.
at the end of a coinflip, the number. wich was rolled, should be showed ... /if its from 1 - 50'000 the first player wins, if its 50.001 - 100.000 Player 2 wins.
*Roulette*
There is only one roulette table, everyone can join with an individual amount.
The roulette starts to count (45 sec) down when there are at least 2 different users in the roulette.

Jan deployment: 0.2 ETH
Adam insert 0. 6 ETH.
The total price is 2 ETH, Dave has a 50% chance of winning,
Sarah has a 10% chance of winning
Jan also has a 10% chance of winning
Adam has a 30% chance of winning

The winner receives 94% of the total amount (i.e. 1.88 ETH) the site retains 6% of the profit ... i.e. 0.12 ETH + 0.02 ETH (- there is no ref system in roulette / 5% normal +1% ref (bc. there is no ref here) site keeps 6% ((5%+1%)
I like the system of a number from 0 to 100,000 here
a number is randomly rolled ... 2855 (2,855%) the player in this range wins ... you know what i mean?
All the Site Earnings go to my private account. (Admin ETH and BTC Adress ... )
