Modify the ladd isting and search fields of my Joomla website

Hi There,

I please need someone to modify the fields which users will use to add and search listings on my website. The fields need to be as follows:

1. Type (To Rent or For Sale) - This can be a drop down menu for users to choose from

2. Category (Container, Market & Craft Fairs, Mall, Other, Kiosks, Shop-in-a-shop, Street Level) - This can be a drop down menu for users to choose from.

3. Province (Eastern Cape, Free State, Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Northern Cape, North West, Western Cape) - This can be a drop down menu for users to choose from

4. Town/City - This will be a text area for users to type in their town/city

5. Suburb/Area - This will be a text area for users to fill in their town/city

6. Physical Address - This will be a text area for users to fill in their physical address

7. Building/Location Name - This will be a text area for users to fill in the building/location name

8. Agent - They can search according to which agent listed the property

9. Company Name - They can search according to which company the agnet was from

10. Size - M2

Price - The costs of rentil or buying the property in South African rands with a selection of either per day/per week or per month

11. Images (not searchable)

12. Web reference number
