Modify Custom Drupal Module

We are a small digital agency looking for a highly experienced Drupal 6 developer to assist us with updates to a website we have inherited from a client. We strongly recommend a LOCAL developer to come in to further review in depth. Some of the updates involve customization to a custom module that was created by the initial agency/developer.
Updates are as follows:
Ability to pull a report by choosing fields from the users profile, as well as custom fields from the custom module.
Append information from one form to another, baring in mind some of these form fields are created by the custom module.
Inclusion of a popup on hover, displaying select fields of the active link.
Display Drupal user list with users last name and username.
