Make Some Modifications to a Wordpress Theme - Mostly Style, Some Functionality

I have a WordPress multisite network with a responsive custom theme built on the Reverie starter theme (Zurb Foundation). There is a list of items that need to be accomplished in the next few days, mostly regarding changing styles, and adding a little bit of custom flexibility regarding Revolution Slider and the Visual Composer plugin. Most things here are very simple for someone who knows their way around.
- Drop-down menu links are too tall, need to be shortened.
- The nav bar is breaking as the window gets smaller (links dropping below logo), then switching to mobile version. Needs to switch to mobile faster (or the links/logo need to get smaller as the browser shrinks)
- The logo is flickering in size when the browser shrinks - instead of smoothly transitioning to a smaller size, it is quickly but visibly shrinking width, then height.
- There is an area of information made up of stacked pieces that is in a right column when wide, that moves beneath the left column when the browser is shrunk. The information in this area should un-stack, and be seen side-by side for small and tablet size browsers, then eventually stack again on mobile.
- There is a calendar created from an Advanced Custom Fields set-up that needs a navigation structure placed at the top (scroll down the page for details.. the links at the top are made up of the dates. click, and it takes you to an anchor of the date details. A "return to top" link should be added to each date area.
- There are some custom fields setup as part of a site options page, one of which is an address field where the whole address should be typed. This needs to be split into two fields, street address/city,state,zip
- Having trouble with Revolution slider. When the slides switch, the image is changing size.
- Also, it is important that the client be able to create one set of slides and push these out to each subsite. Currently I cannot get the import function to work. Ideally the network admin could create a slider at the main site page, and the subsites would all update automatically (instead of having to export/import), so a solution for this would be preferred.
- I have created shortcodes for using some of the data that is from the custom fields. This was successful, but when I set up new advanced custom fields and a shortcode, and tried to use that shortcode inside the visual composer edit area, it failed. I believe the original field data may have not actually been ACF, but a different system, so my shortcode attempt needs to be tweaked to function. (This needs to be implemented for info on a few pages.)
