magento forget my password email not working - email work but no link

Hi we need an magento expert.

We created a template for forgot my password and included the website link there. now when we click forget my password we recieve an email which is blank and has the website link but there is no link to reset the password - We need this fixed asap

and then to send all customers this password reset email in case they have forgotten their password (over 2000 users).

This task must be completed over teamviewer and you will be awarded once completed. Please inbox me when you have read this description and agree the terms. You must be willing to start the work now.
