Magento Expert Needed - Varnish, Turpentine Experience Needed

We have a magento webstore running on centos with no control panel.
The setup is on NGINX and we are using Varnish, but I am not sure it was configured correctly in the first place.
We need whatever need fixing for all extensions to work correctly. We use an extension call Stock In The Channel and the import facility is not working.
We need a cron job setting up for this extension so it runs a stock and price import every 3 hours.
We use the Wyomind Google Shopping extension, which when we run we get a 504 error.
We also need the site to backup every night to some ftp space we have and ideally the mysql database to backup hourly to our ftp space or sync if possible.
Please only bid if you can do the above work and ideally complete within a day or two.
Unless we have used you before, we will need you to connect to one of our machines using teamviewer or remote desktop to complete the work.
