I need a php program written using the imagemagick library and OCR to read text from [login to view URL] software should automatically determine the proper orientation needed. After the characters are available there will be certain key word strings such as "CD-", "CN-", manufacturer names, but, I will write the character matching part of the project - I just need the text extracted. Secondarily I need to match an image within the image such as [[the letters "H L" over a disc]]. This could be considered a second project if it would add too much cost.
