HTML5 Product customization tool for Woocommerce and Stand-alone

Hello, we need to develop a product customization system similar to the following, for one of our customers:

The new product will:
- have some of the characteristics of the examples cited. The product will be just similar to previous examples, and we provided the above examples just for reference;
- be implemented both as a WordPress plugin and stand-alone. In the case of the stand-alone version, it will have to have its own management of customers and compositions created;
- be integrated into Woocommerce, have easy integration with cart and orders and maintain the history of the compositions created by customers, both finalized in a purchase and kept as drafts, so that the customer can subsequently resume a previously created draft and purchase it;
- manage the licensing to third parties through a verification system. The system must check that the serial number of the license corresponds to the website on which it is installed and provides for its use on one or on multiple sites, depending on each license code.
The programmer who will create it will have to provide assistance over time and guarantee the possibility of subsequently modifying the product, adding or modifying its functions.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1) automated offers will not be taken into consideration but we will only respond to those who make real and personalized offers for the project (realistic price and delivery time)
2) Before asking for clarifications regarding the project, check the example sites provided: the product created must reflect all the characteristics of the examples plus the below notes.
3) The developer must sign Intellectual Property Agreement provided by Freelancer and will have to ensure that:
- during the implementation of the project has not violated the intellectual property of third parties;
- have personally made the product;
- the product is not subject to third-party rights;
- he/she transfer the intellectual property of the product to us;
5) The new product won't be a copy of previous examples, but will be just similar and we provided example sites just for reference.
